Digital product development

The biggest risk with a new digital product is spending months building something users do not need. We test the idea in small steps first, then build a first version with the most important features and get it to real users.

The problem it solves

Companies with an idea for a mobile app, an online platform or an internal system often face two difficulties: they are not sure the idea will work in the market, and off-the-shelf software does not fit the way they work.

Splitting product development into stages lets you base each decision on evidence and put the budget into the features that create the most value.

What it covers

  • Idea validation

Interviews with target users, analysis of competing products and identifying the key assumptions.

  • Prototype

An interactive prototype for testing with users.

  • MVP

A first version of the product with the most important features, ready for real use.

  • Custom software

Internal systems, dashboards and integrations built around how your company works.

  • Product development

Planning and building new features based on usage data.

What you get

  • Product concept and user research findings
  • A prioritised feature list
  • Interactive prototype
  • A working MVP or software product
  • Technical documentation and source code
  • Launch and support plan

How the work runs

  1. 1

    Discovery

We clarify the problem, the users and the business model, and write down the key assumptions.

  2. 2

    Prototype and testing

We test the prototype with real users and refine the solution based on what we learn.

  3. 3

    Build in stages

We build the product in short cycles and show you a working part at the end of each one.

  4. 4

    Launch and growth

We release the first version, set up measurement and plan the next features with you.

Frequently asked questions

Who will own the source code?

Transfer of the source code and intellectual property rights is written explicitly into the contract. Usually, the product’s code is handed over to the client once payments are complete.

What is the difference between an MVP and a full product?

An MVP is the smallest version of the product that is enough to test its core value. It works for real users but does not include every feature you might want. Further features are added based on usage data.

Do you provide support after launch?

Yes. Post-launch technical support and further development are agreed separately. We decide the scope together, based on how the product is used and what you need.

If this service sounds right for you, tell us briefly about your project and we will work out a sensible first step together.
